Leave the Haven ready for the next visit.

There is no set checkout time for friends and family. If we need the cabin by a certain time, Lance or Heather will let you know personally.

Before heading home

Easy Cleaning Tools

There is a stick vacuum on the main floor and another stick vacuum on the basement floor. Use whichever one is closest for a quick cleanup.

The robovac is optional. Press its Home button as you leave and it can make a pass through the cabin—or skip it. Either is completely fine.

No thermostat adjustment is needed. The checkout temperature changes automatically after you leave.

Friends & Family Cleaning

Check each item as you finish it. This matches the cabin refrigerator list and your checkout reminder.

Cleaner scheduled

Your Quick Checkout

The cleaner will handle beds, bathrooms, and laundry. Please do not strip the beds.

DishesLoad and start the dishwasher. Leave the sink empty.

Personal foodRemove your food from the refrigerator.

TrashBag the trash. Food waste goes in the tall bear-proof can.

Hot tubSecure the cover and lower the temperature to 80°F.

LightsTurn off most lights by hand. Alexa only controls the main living-room and kitchen lights. The checkout temperature adjusts automatically.

Lock upClose windows and lock all three smart doors.
