Taxes shown are 7% Georgia/Fannin sales tax, 6% Fannin County lodging tax, and the $5 Georgia hotel-motel fee for each occupied night. Square fees are the actual processing fees returned by Square. This is a bookkeeping helper, not a filed tax return.

Automatic seasonal prices

Weekend prices include the standard $200 cleaning cost. Weeknight, two-night, five-night and weekly prices are derived automatically and rounded up to the next $5.
